Robust Incentives

When BRF designs an incentive pakcage, we put the needs of a company first. Working with our state, regional, and local partners we can offer attractive incentives to help companies go from investing money to making money quickly. In addition to traditional economic incentives, BRF and our partners can offer a range of local incentives and financing tools including build-to-suit real estate, low-interest financing, or cash to companies for a range of activities. BRF also has a team of analysts and network of partners that can help growing companies raise the necessary capital to start a new facility or relocate an existing facility to Shreveport. To date, BRF has helped growing companies raise more than $74 Million in funding.
